Jim has more than 20 years of experience in Training & Development and many success stories under his belt. In addition to holding the Certificate for Financial Advisers, the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice through the Chartered Institute of Bankers, he holds the Certificate in Training Delivery from the British Institute for Learning & Development, making him a trainer of choice for financial training, business development, as well as personal development.
He is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach, Master Practitioner and Business Practitioner with the Irish Institute of NLP as well as a qualified speech and drama coach with the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art. He is ideally placed to not only provide impact for those all important speeches, he will be able to coach you on how to present like a professional.
Vicky has 20 years of experience within the IFA Community. For the last 11 years she has been a Compliance Consultant with two of the leading Consultancy companies in the UK.
She is experienced in the investment, mortgage, equity release and general insurance sectors, typically assisting small and medium size businesses to meet their regulatory requirements.
Amongst her many qualifications are the CII Certificate in Financial Planning, IFS Advanced CEMAP, IFS Supervision in a Regulated Environment and is near to comleting the CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
